Summerfest is our annual Youth Conference in Panama City. C3 ONE joins with other C3 Youth groups from across North America for a life changing week. Every day is filled with God encounters, beach challenges, small-group discussions, and memories that last a lifetime! Get ready for an experience like none other! You won’t want to miss this!

Registration and Payment in Full Deadline: July 1st.

Please Note: If you register between June 11 and July 1, you may not receive all of the SummerFest swag (bag, water bottle, etc) due to the lead time required for ordering.  We will do our best to accommodate late registrations.

Dates: July 9th- July 13th

Cost: The Following Rates are ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL  July 1st.

For your convenience, we have provided 3 options for registration payments:

1. Payment in full up front, which means up to $15 savings over the payment plan option.
2.  Only pay the $50 down payment to get your name on the list and then make additional payments as needed.

Dress Code: (Not sure? Ask your youth leader.)

• We do not require our teens to have special swim wear for church outings. However, we do ask that our teens wear swim wear that is age appropriate and suitable for activity, challenges, and beach events.
• Sundress or T-Shirts must be worn over swimming suits when walking to and from the beach/pool area and your hotel rooms and other areas of the resort.
• Swimsuits are not appropriate for conference sessions.
• No strapless shirts
• Shirts and Shorts – Nothing too low, nothing too short
